Nicky

Nicky was born in the City of Angels and moved to Oregon at the age of twelve. The move required a significant attitude adjustment, but it brought about a love of the outdoors and clean Oregon air.

Following high school, Nicky tried her hand at door manufacturing and quickly decided manual labor was not a great fit. Instead, she landed a desk job. A few years went by, and Nicky became curious about all of the voices she heard on the radio. On a whim, she applied for a position at a local radio station and realized being a DJ was her true passion. Fast forward to present day, and she’s still gabbing on the radio and loving every second of it.

Along with being a DJ, volunteering has been close to Nicky’s heart. She has participated with youth mentoring programs, animal shelters, S.M.A.R.T. Reading, and served as a board member for an Oregon food bank.

The love of her life is her Labrador/Golden Retriever mix, Lincoln. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking her dog (or the other way around), snowshoeing, camping, or hiking one of the beautiful mountains Oregon has to offer.
